About Us

You care for others. WHO CARES FOR YOU?

is a coaching and counseling ministry designed to encourage pastors through genuine friendship, individualized coaching, and biblical counseling.

We help pastors restore their passion for ministry by evaluating their thinking, feelings, and actions in light of biblical truth.

As pastors are rejuvinated by the power of the Holy Spirit and God’s Word, they become more courageous and bold in their ministry to the body of Christ.

We want to come alongside you in life and ministry to help you apply God’s Word surgically to the areas of your own life that frequently disrupt your peace and steal your joy.

How we help pastors

We encourage pastors and contribute to longevity in faithful ministry.

Friendly Coaching is available to listen to what a pastor is trying to do and the challenges that stand in the way of success. We are a sounding board, offering ideas to help a pastor lead with courage, conviction, and endurance. We are constantly sharpening our skills to provide the resources and encouragement that will inspire pastors to thrive in their current ministry roles.

Coaching and counseling are provided through video calling.

Friendly Coaching

Biblical counseling is often something pastors provide for others but sometimes appreciate having someone to help them process what they're thinking, feeling, and doing. As a pastor, you know the Scripture. We want to come along side you in life and ministry to help you apply God’s Word surgically to the areas of your own life that frequently disrupt your peace and steal your joy.

In-person sessions are available in the Kalamazoo area.

In 2006, he was ordained by Northeastern Baptist Church and graduated with honors from Baptist Bible Seminary in 2010. Currently, Nathan is pursuing a Doctor of Ministry (D.Min.) at Shepherd’s Theological Seminary.

Testimonials

Pastor Nathan Pierpont is one of the most compassionate, kind, sensitive, and understanding men of God I have ever known. He is an awesome confidant and one in whom I comfortably seek counsel. I am so blessed by his friendship over the years and am proud to call him my brother in Christ.

The relationship Pastor Nathan and I have built over the last few years has become one of my most cherished. He has been many things to me: small group leader, counselor, mentor, and pastor. I am comforted and encouraged knowing that he is praying for me and pushing me to become more Christ-like.

- Dakota

Pastor Nathan has truly shown himself to be a leader that meets people where they are, lifts them up with kindness and respect, and guides them with a lifetime of unwavering Christian principles. I would not be the man I am today without Nathan's shepherding towards the truth of Jesus Christ.
